At Aviator Coffee Co, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING POLICY

How It Works

Free Shipping at $50

Everyday Free Shipping at $50 and any additional Free Shipping discounts are only valid in the contiguous United States.

The timing below is an estimate and your proximity to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, will affect the number of days your package is in transit.

Approximate Number of Days From When You Placed Your Order:
USPS First-Class Mail: 2-7 Business Days (up to 13 oz)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 Business Days
USPS Priority Express: 1-3 Business Days

Note: We do not ship packages on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@aviatorcoffee.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Our Policy

Due to the nature majority of our products being perishable goods we can not accept returns.  However if you are at all dissatisfied with your coffee purchase, please email us at sales@aviatorcoffee.co and allow us the opportunity to make things right.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Aviator Coffee Company, LLC - aka (Aviator Coffee Co) - Subscription Policy

"Aviator Coffee Company, LLC" provides a subscription service for select products.  By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you understand and accept our Store Policies.  Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your subscription.  You may cancel your subscription at anytime by logging in to your account and going to your profile.  Click on "My Subscriptions" | "More Actions" next to the plan and then click "Cancel Subscription" next to the item. Subscription charges are non-refundable once subscription products have been prepared and/or shipped.

 

We are a small family owned business and occasionally do take time off.  If this is the case and your subscription is due to be shipped we will communicate the new expected ship date.
