Creating Distinctive, Small Batch, Craft Roasted Coffee

We are a small family business hand crafting roasted coffee located in the heart of aviation, Oshkosh WI. 

We love the variety of naturally occurring flavors found in single origin coffees.  All of our offerings are responsibly sourced and are from small farms or a co-op.  We use no natural or artificial flavorings in our process, so everything you taste comes from the coffee itself.  Our roasting goal is to highlight the best flavor traits of each bean without imparting roast characteristics. Most of our roasts are medium, or City+ to Full City.  We do custom orders as well for those who wish to go dark or light.
